Yes. To help protect the privacy and security of our property, current occupants, and staff, we may ask applicants to complete a rental application before scheduling an in-person showing. With the applicant's authorization, we may review identity information and, where permitted by applicable law, conduct credit and background screening as part of our tenant selection process.

For the privacy and security of our property, we generally schedule in-person showings after the initial application review has been completed. Qualified applicants will be contacted promptly to arrange a viewing.
